Invalid page or connection timeout

Your session with RMLSweb has exceeded the maximum allowed period of inactivity. This typically occurs when you do not interact with RMLSweb for more than 240 minutes. If you ever need to reset your session time while working on RMLSweb, interact with RMLSweb by clicking your browser's Refresh button or moving to another page on the site.

If your session times-out regularly before reaching the 240-minute limit, your computer's clock may be inaccurate. To check, double-click the clock that is found on the same bar as your "Start" button. A "Date and Time Properties" window will appear. If your computer is so far off that you need to adjust the date, simply choose the correct month from the drop down list and click on the correct day. To change the time, click once in the hour field and type in the correct hour. Do the same for the minute field, and click the 'OK' button.
